However, anything more than the healthy range is one step closer to burnout. With technological advances and workplace mobility, it seems tougher than ever to separate work from life. Being connected everywhere we go, it\u2019s always so tempting to reply that email or pick up that call even after work hours. On the other hand, one might still be sleeping regularly but yet not feeling energized. You feel empty going to work and nothing seems to give you that sense of fulfillment you once had.
