The way every organization does this is very much different. A strong onboarding process brings about higher employee engagement, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kingfisherintl.com\/zh\/2019\/07\/30\/employer-branding-for-the-win\/\">branding<\/a> and satisfaction from Day 1. Start your employees\u2019 first day right and they will be very grateful for that. Post-hiring<\/h3>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"divider-wrap\" data-alignment=\"default\"><div style=\"height: 15px;\" class=\"divider\"><\/div><\/div>\n<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t<p>Your employee onboarding process can commence right after the offer stage. From delivering the offer until the day the employee officially starts work, engagement cannot stop. Always remember to follow up to ensure that things are okay for the employee.
